#33. 'BRUT 33' MOFFAT RACING.
3rd place : 1974 Australian Touring Car Championship.
Driver : Allan MOFFAT.

When Ford announced its withdrawl from direct participation in motor sport in early 1974, Allan Moffat was suddenly relegated to privateer status. Acquiring one of the former XA Falcon GT factory cars updated with XB body panels, he competed in the 1974 ATCC adorned with the Faberge Brut 33 sponsorship that had become a familiar sight on his Mustang sports sedan. Although he scored wins at Sandown and Oran Park, Allan Moffat couldn't quite match the consistency of Peter Brock and the HDT for championship honours.

The former works car as now raced by Allan in 1974 was repainted to reflect the Faberge brand colours , with the formerly 'Ford' blue accent panels now finished in a 'Brut 33' deep green metallic.

This model forms part of the Allan Moffat Collection and each model comes with an individually numbered Certificate of Authenticity personally signed by Allan Moffat.
