Biante Collectors Club Newsletter

Today we have released seven Biante 1:43rd Motor Racing Legends.

First up is the 1975 Bathurst Winning Torana of Peter Brock and Brian Sampson, so a very important release for all of the Bathurst 1:43rd Collectors.

Of similar importance is the Allan Moffat XY GTHO, not only because it’s another great XY but more so because it is the 1973 Australian Touring Car

Championship Winner. And while on Moffat, we also have his 1979 Federation Insurance XC Falcon that he shared with John Fitzpatrick that famously finished

the race on the back of a tilt tray, much to Allan's disgust on national television.

Next we have two more L34 Toranas, the 1974 Bathurst car of Colin Bond and Bob Skelton and the 1976 ATCC Torana of John Harvey.

And finally two additional models have been released that we didn't announce last week. One is the 1981 Peter Brock LeMans Porsche that he shared with Colin Bond and Jim Richards. The didn't make it into the race, failing to make the cut, but this is still a stunning looking 924. The Second is the Porsche 962 that Colin drove with Andrew Miedecke in the 1984 Sandown 1000. The Sandown 1000 was a round of the World Sportscar Championship, and Bond and Miedecke put in a solid drive to finish the 1000km's in sixth place - the first all Australian crew home.
