Kyosho are expanding their Ferrari range
Kyosho have announced they will expand their range of Ferrari models with the addition of two new 1:43 scale F40 Light Weights.
Manufactured between 1987 and 1992, this F40 was produced from ultra light weight materials. Carbon Fibre, Fibreglass, Acrylic glass, once only used for race cars found their way onto the F40 Light Weight. Total weight for this car was a mere 1100kg and the horsepower topped 478hp @ 7000rpm. This performance gave the F40 Light Weight a staggering 0-60mph time of only 3.6 seconds with 0-100 in just 7.6 seconds. During its production life, the F40 Light Weight held the record as the world's fastest production car with it's top speed exceeding 200mph.
