Important Announcement from Biante Model Cars

Biante Special Announcement.

After seven years and several hundred thousand models produced, Biante are now able to announce that we will not be developing a VE Commodore or BF Falcon V8 Supercar for production for 2007 and onwards. This decision has been made after lengthy consideration into our involvement and future planning for the company. Biante have, and always will have, a major focus on the production of classic Australian road and race cars.

We have had huge success in V8 Supercars including seven consecutive Bathurst wins and four series Championships, but feel that our future best lies in the production of models of the cars that paved the way for what V8 Supercars are today. Over the years we have had the good fortune to work with most of the top teams and drivers in the current series, many of whom we expect will remain close friends long into the future.

With the future V8 Supercar models removed from our schedule, we will be able to allocate more time and money to the ongoing development of classic Australian road and race cars, one of which is already in tooling and will be ready for release in the middle of 2007.

Biante would like to thank everyone from Holden Racing Team ,Toll HSV Dealer Team, and Team BOC, for their support and understanding this year and wish them all the best in their future V8 Supercar endeavours.
