When using one of the below options you must still have placed your order through the website.

- 2What are Biante Bonus Points? Top
- To give maximum benefit to our website Collector Club members, we have introduced a loyalty program which gives you 1 Biante Bonus Point for every dollar spent on products from the webshop.
Please note: Email or faxed orders will not be eligible for bonus points as it is an electronic order system and as such only electronically placed orders over the site compute for points. Purchases cannot be paid for by a combination of points and credit card payment. They can only be one or the other.
When paying for orders by points, customers must still pay for shipping by credit card as the points system does not cover postage.
You can now apply points towards purchases, much the same way as other loyalty schemes work.
When you have accumulated points, upon entering the site, you will automatically have a "Members Only" bar at the top left. This will enable you to enter a points cashing only site, with some exclusive items from time to time and also some bargains from our thousands of superceded hard to find items.
- 3How do I place an order online? Top
- The 10 step guide to buying online from Biante
The ordering process is easier than you may think. If you follow this step-by-step guide you should have no problems ordering the items you desire:
Step 1: Go to www.biante.com.au
Step 2: Find the models you want to purchase.- Are they newly out? If so go to the models just arrived tab on the left hand side of the screen
- If not go to the find a model tab and enter some details about the item you are after. Eg. If you were looking for the Johnson and Schuppan Bathurst car of 1978 then enter either ‘Bathurst 1978’; or ‘XC Falcon 1978’; or even, ‘Johnson / Schuppan’. The more details you can enter the less pages of results you will have to flick through to find the correct model!
- Remember to find the correct scale!
Step 3: Once you have found the model you click on the name of the car. This will then show a product details page including price. If this is the correct model click the add to cart icon on the page.- If this is the only model or final model you want to purchase go to step 5 of this page.
Step 5: When on the page that shows you all the models you wish to purchase (click view cart on left hand side to view this page if not already doing so) check the correct box if you are ordering from an international location rather than Australian.
Step 6: Check if all models are correct; else enter 0 in quantity and click update if you do not wish to purchase a certain model- Then click proceed to step 2.
Step 7: Enter all the details on the checkout page.
- Choose whether you want to pay online (payment by credit card) or offline (payment direct into our account; money order; or, cheque – find instruction of how to pay offline in our frequently asked questions section of our website).
- Once all details are entered and correct, and way of payment has been selected, click proceed to step 3.
Step 8: Confirm all details are correct.- If all details are correct click proceed to step 4
Step 9: Print the invoice or save it on your computer for your records by clicking print invoice (An email will also be sent to you to confirming your order).

- 4Can I buy from the site without using my credit card ? Top
Yes you can, but it IS a secure site and we have had no dramas in over 6 years of trading.
However, if you really are afraid of entering your card details into our order form, then fill out the order as normal up to and including all items on step 2.
You can pay by Money Order or Cheque.
To do so, follow these instructions.
In step 2, select the pay via fax option. In the special instructions box type "will pay via Cheque or Money order"
This enables the system to take care of stock numbers.

- 6What is the difference between an 'Advance Order' and regular website ordering? Top
Advance orders are applied to Biante branded product, where collector demand looks likely to outstrip the quantity of product available for sale on the Biante website. It enables collectors to place an order prior to model stocks being made available for general release.
By putting such models on Advance Order, it gives everyone an equal opportunity to purchase and for those who miss out, further opportunity to seek product from another retail source prior to actual model release.
An 'Advance Order' item is a stand-alone item and cannot be combined in an order with any other regular stock items.
- 7What happens if models need to be returned? Top
- All models are individually checked prior to despatch. Should damage occur during transit, kindly email us without delay. Orders shipped are those shown on the order received by the site. When making your order, please check the order thoroughly before proceeding further, then when you agree that this is what you want shipped, click on 'confirm' button.
Any items claimed to be 'not ordered' can be returned in original condition and packaging, i.e. not opened, for credit. On arrival of the goods in perfect condition at our warehouse a credit can be made LESS all freight charges incurred, ie. both directions.
Any damages must be reported to Biante via the Contact Us page of our website within seven (7) days from the date it was received. After this date replacements or refunds may be refused.
- 8How do I ensure that I only receive what I am submitting in my order? Top
- Please ensure that your 'shopping cart' is empty prior to commencing the order.
If items are left sitting in the cart from previous visits to the site, they will be included in your order. Please check and agree with your order before clicking 'submit' button.

- 9Sometimes the model shown on the site and in the catalogues differs from what is made. Why? Top
Quite a few models shown are of prototypes or are pictures of the real cars.
When the final tuning of the data needed to make the production run model is done, sometimes things like logos, aerials etc are added or revised.
Rest assured, the model you get will be an accurate representation.
- 10What if I need to use someone elses credit card to purchase an item. Top
If you are to use someone else credit card to purchase an item then we MUST receive authorisation from the owner of the credit card accompanied with a written signature else the order will not be processed.

- 11What is the best way to order my models from the Biante website. Top
When you wish to order multiple cars from the website we request that you please place only one order. Instead of adding one item to your cart and submitting the order then adding another item to your cart and submitting that order we request that you first add each item you wish to purchase to your cart then proceed through the ordering process and submit your order. This method of ordering models of the Biante website has two benefits.
1) It makes Biante's job of sorting out the new orders each day much easier.
2) It will save you money. By placing multiple cars into the one order postage fees are combined saving you money because postage is calculated on a per order basis.
Well Biante tries to check for multiple order by customers there may be some missed from time to time. By following the steps above will ensure that all your models arrive at the same time and keep the cost of postage to a minimum.
- 12Can I pay for my order via Direct Deposit? Top
You may pay via Direct Bank Deposit. To do so, follow these instructions.
Proceed to order through the website.
In step 2, select the pay via fax option. In the special instructions box type "will pay via Direct Deposit"
This enables the system to take care of stock numbers.

When depositing the funds, please allow for your Bank fees as this is forgotten by some people. When we see the funds have been deposited, we will ship your order. We require the full amount of the order to be paid before we can dispatch your order so please ensure to allow for the bank fees.

- 14When should I check the website for released items? Top
New release items are always released on the website on Wednesdays 2pm Perth time. You will also find new release items via the Just Arrived page of our website.
Other stock that has been replenished is generally put on the site at 2pm Perth time between Monday and Friday.
- 15Is the Biante website secure? Top
Yes this is a secured website, your details are kept invisible to everyone but Biante using the latest and strongest encryption methods currently available in Australia - 128bit SSL (Secure sockets layer). The moment you enter the checkout, and proceed to enter your payment details, you will notice a padlock icon on the lower right side of your browser window in Internet Explorer and in Firefox, or in the lower left side for Netscape. - 16Can I stock pile orders to send as a group? Top
Biante will not hold back orders to combine with future orders in order to save on postage. We have limited space available and Biante does not have the capacity to store and track each customers preferences on shipping intervals.
For this reason when making a purchase from our online store orders are sent as soon as payment is received.
- 17Can I pre-order / Advance Order items that are Development Approved, In Production, In Transit or not on Advance Order? Top
- No. Items can not be pre-ordered or Advance Ordered unless they are specifically on Advance Order. If you wish to place a forward standing order in this way then I suggest contacting one of the 250 Authorised Biante Stockists who are generally happy to take orders in this way.

- 18Can I order multiples of any one item? Top
Yes, you are permitted to purchase more of one of any item where permitted. However all stock sold via our website can be reviewed and changed before shipping.
The website will not permit the direct sale of bulk purchases of items that are less than one year old or are in demand by other collectors.
Biante hold the right to review and adjust any order that they deem to be excessive or incorrect for reasons not limited to :
- Quantity for any one item exceeds that for which would normally be purchased for ones own personal use.
- Customer has received or placed orders for the same product other than the one currenty being reviewed.
- Biante hold the right to refuse sale for self known reasons.
