Making a purchase at the Biante website is not designed to be a complex affair. The website is a secure site and designed to accept payment via a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card. Alternative payment methods are Direct Debit or Cheque or Money Order.
Please note that when an item has been selected for purchase and placed in ´Your Shopping Cart´ this does not automatically mean that the item is now yours. There are four stages to the online purchase process, and items are only allocated to a purchaser once all stages have been completed, whereupon you will then receive an order number confirmation and invoice details.
Popular new release items can sell out of stock very quickly ... in these kinds of circumstances, a prospective purchaser may find that the item they want is then deleted from their shopping cart before the online shopping process is complete. Our online ordering system works in a way similar to a real world retail shop, but is not the same as a grocery or hardware supermarket ... you don´t necessarily get the opportunity to wander through the Biante store whilst holding onto items in your shopping cart. The Biante experience is comparable to a sales counter situation, rather than self-serve. For example, if a store has only three units of an individual item in stock and four people gather at the counter, then the fourth person served will miss out on their desired purchase. The faster that you can enter your purchasing details at the Biante website then the quicker you will be to get to the front of the queue.

The website does not use any sort of reservation system by which customers may pre-order items ahead of general release. Orders can only be placed for items that are indicated as ´In Stock´, ´Limited Stock´, or on occasion as ´Advance Order´. This latter category is usually applied to special items such as magazines or books, for which we acquire only as much stock as is required to fulfil the advance orders that we receive.
